GIVE RECOVERY

Your Support Changes Lives

As 2024 comes to a close, we reflect on the incredible impact we’ve achieved together this year at Navigate Recovery Gwinnett. Because of your generosity and belief in our mission, we’ve been able to:

  • Support individuals and families through programs like Lifeline, Safe Harbor Recovery Support Center, and Lightway Residential Recovery for Women.
  • Respond 12/6/365 to overdose and addiction-related emergencies, providing critical recovery coaching and lifesaving resources through Navigate Recovery Lifeline.
  • Empower individuals with peer support  training and ongoing education, equipping them to be recovery hero's in their families and communities.
  • Open doors to recovery and hope by breaking down barriers to treatment and creating pathways for long-term wellness and stability.

Your generosity fuels these life-changing initiatives, allowing us to stand with individuals and families at every step of their recovery journey. As we look toward 2025, we need your continued support to expand our reach and deepen our impact.

Every donation brings us closer to a future where everyone affected by addiction has access to the care and support they need.

Will you make a year-end gift today to help us continue this vital work?

Thank you for being an essential part of our recovery community. Together, we’re building a brighter future.

Share HOPE with families suffering from addiction.

“I NEED HELP” is one of the hardest things to say, but an essential statement for change to occur. Because no one can do it alone, Navigate Recovery Gwinnett helps families recover from addiction. "WE NEED YOUR HELP" to serve more families, better!

We are seeking to raise funds to continue to take those calls and to increase our support for families, in 2017.

Please help us as we Advocate, Collaborate, Facilitate and Encourage RECOVERY!

This year, in addition to the community events we have facilitated, our coaches have been taking calls from individuals and families seeking help! Hundreds of callers contacted us for help in finding the support they need. Many of these individuals are uninsured, discouraged, in need of detox or a safe place to recover.

When people are in crisis it is hard to do the research needed. That's why our volunteers have created a great resource list to help the callers to assess their "recovery capital" (what they have going for them that they can build on). We connect them to appropriate resources and walk alongside them in their journey. We coach them over the phone, through emails and through meeting in public meeting spots. We are working towards having a support center in 2017 to serve them better!

Our team is great at helping people because they have passion and compassion from having “been there, done that”. As trained peer and family coaches, they have enhanced this with skills they have learned and continue to grow through continuing education. Recovery Community Organizations like Navigate Recovery are a crucial part of the continuum of care for the chronic condition of addiction.  We don’t replace treatment, counselors, or support groups-we provide peers to connect people to those services and walk alongside them on their pathway to recovery.

Now we say again to you, “We need your help” to continue offering the supports necessary for families to recover from addiction.
Our goal is to raise $20,000.00 this giving season. The money raised will be used primarily in the following areas:

  • Helping families - We are a nonprofit, volunteer organization. We don't charge for our peer support to those seeking help.
  • Telephone recovery support - Provide an initial phone assessment of recovery capital, peer support, and recovery planning.
  • Give Recovery - Provide a trained recovery coach to walk along the journey with someone for as long as they wish.
  • Lunch & Learn - Provide the opportunity for a small group to learn about addiction, recovery and how Navigate Recovery helps.
